Wear Our Mission: Warrior Tees Coming Soon

20180629_103450Hello CleanSlate Warriors!
The Culture Committee is excited to announce that we will be ordering every employee a CleanSlate Mission T-shirt to help show our CSC pride and create some team spirit! We are a company that is rooted in our mission and values, and we see that every day, whether we work in the centers and are directly patient-facing, or behind the scenes ensuring expansion and day-to-day operations are running smoothly.
Let these T-shirts be a reminder - every time you wear them - of our mission, and that we truly are Warriors for Hope.
Moving forward, all new employees will be receiving these t-shirts as part of the orientation process as well, so wear your T-shirt and take group pictures so we can post and show our CleanSlate Pride!  Please find two pictures attached showing the logo on the front and our Mission on the back.
*Keri Boe will be sending a separate email to all Center Managers, RDOs, and all other managers to obtain sizing information for each employee.  We ask that you have the spreadsheet completed, for your team/center only, by 7/12.  We want to get these shirts to you as quickly as possible, but it will take roughly 3 weeks for them to arrive.*
Also, be on the lookout for future exciting ideas coming from your CleanSlate Culture Committee!
If you have any ideas or suggestions you would like to see implemented from the Culture Committee, please don’t hesitate to contact Juliana Serafini (jserafini@cleanslatecenters.com) or Karen Bonner (kbonner@cleanslatecenters.com).
Thank you all for your hard work!!
