Plainfield, IN Center Manager Recognizes Staff for "Pudding Patients First" for National Chocolate Pudding Day

by Juliana Dalessandro | Jul 2, 2019

The work we do at CleanSlate each day is vitally important to the success of our patients as they struggle with the disease of addiction. That's why it's incredibly important for us to support our teams in the field who provide the compassion and support that our patients so desperately need along their road to recovery.

Our Center Manager at the Plainfield, Indiana location, Kristinia Love, has come up with a unique way to celebrate her teammates by incorporating recognition into everyday national observances. Last week, Love honored her team for "Pudding Patients First" on National Chocolate Pudding Day

"I just started doing this and plan to continue doing it at least once a month. I like to randomly surprise the staff with little reminders of motivation and appreciation," said Love. "There are so many different little 'holidays' to incorporate into recognition for the hard work of our Warriors for Hope."

Thank you for thinking outside of the box to recognize your team members' tireless dedication to the patients they serve, Kristinia! This is a great example of "Together We Succeed."

You can view the calendar on the main page of UltiPro to see similar national observances coming up for the remainder of the year for inspiration.

If you are recognizing CleanSlate colleagues or conducting activities to promote center culture, please share those with me at jdalessandro@cleanslatecenters.com
