Get to Know Your CleanSlate Compliance Team

CleanSlate is committed to complying with all federal and state laws and regulations in order to deliver the highest quality care to our patients. Our Compliance Department is structured to best support all CleanSlate employees in complying with all applicable laws, regulations and rules and upholding the integrity and reputation of the company.

Below is an overview of the Compliance Department structure, and how to best reach us with requests.

Neil Kunkel, Chief Legal Officer, is CleanSlate’s Acting Compliance Officer.

Jessica Rigsby, Corporate Paralegal, reports directly to Neil and oversees the day-to-day functions and operations of the Compliance Department, as well as implementation of new compliance policies and procedures. Jessica is the primary point of contact for any urgent compliance issues or questions.

Jess Norman is our Compliance Specialist. Jess processes all requests for medical records and subpoenas, monitors event reports, and administers the compliance training program.
