As many of our Warriors in our centers can attest, the summer months can be an incredibly difficult time to keep our patients on track with their appointments and treatment plan. This has been a constant struggle for our Wilkes-Barre, PA center and one of our dedicated Warriors wanted to do something to help keep our patients compliant and on the road to recovery.
Tashana McKinney, one of our Medical Receptionists in Wilkes-Barre, PA, created the idea of implementing a raffle at her center as a way to help motivate our patients to keep their appointments. Each time the patient shows up on-time for their appointment, they are automatically entered into the raffle. They will draw weekly winners and have a variety of prizes, such as a gift card to a local store, restaurant, gas station, etc.
This is a simple idea, but it can have a big impact on keeping our patients compliant with their treatment matrix which is always our goal. The Wilkes-Barre team agreed that it was a great idea and definitely worth implementing. A few team members collaborated to get it off and running this week. The center will be tracking the patient data to see what level of positive change this has made in our patients' appointment visits.
