Enhancements to Power BI
As we continue to grow we are looking for better ways to reach our employees for instructions and guidance, and for employees to reach us in Informatics, for support.
We are happy to announce that we have made improvements to our Power BI Platform, for direct access to open a ticket with IT Helpdesk Support, or communicate with Informatics through a Discussion Board.
We have added two new links under the (?) question mark in the upper right corner of the Power BI menu bar.
1) Community will allow you to open or join in a discussion for Power Bi initiatives. Use this forum to ask any questions you have on reports or Power BI in general and have them answered by members of the Informatics team!
2) Get Help is for when you need Power BI access or are experiencing errors, you can choose to open a ticket with our IT Support team.
