Did you know that CleanSlate Centers benefits include a health advocate?

What is a health advocate?

A health advocate is a Registered Nurse who is available at no cost to you, for all your health care needs. The Registered Nurse can help you and your family clarify benefit coverage and new plan options, navigate the health care system and maximize your health care benefits. Help is only a phone call away. You will be assigned a personal Health Advocate and you, your spouse, dependent children, parents, and parents-in-law are eligible to use this service.
