The Culture Committee is pleased to share another idea with you to launch at your local center. The "Warrior Wins" jar is a receptacle for colleagues to write down memorable moments, accomplishments, new experiences, highlights, etc. on a piece of paper and place them in the jar. This helps document all the CleanSlate successes - both large and small - at your center throughout the year. At the beginning of 2020, you can read them all aloud to reflect on your victories as a team.Read More

On International Overdose Awareness Day, CleanSlate centers around the country united as one to commemorate the thousands of lives lost every year to overdose. Every center approached this observation in different ways that were meaningful to their staff and patients.
For example, staff at the Louisville center created a butterfly wall for their patients to represent the struggle to survive and remain hopeful while battling addiction. The patients and employees also dedicated a butterfly to people in their lives who lost their battle.
The Scranton center celebrated life and gratitude as patients and staff painted rocks for their "Gratitude Garden". Light refreshments were served and everyone expressed creativity and enjoyed fellowship. The rocks will be displayed in their landscaping for all visitors of CleanSlate to see.
Check out the photos below of our Warriors for Hope observing this occasion.
