CleanSlate recognizes one of our best sources for employee candidates is our current employees. If a referred candidate is hired and continues to be employed after the 90 day introductory period, the referring employee will receive a $1000 referral bonus. Due to our rapid growth, our need for physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants, is at an all-time high. CleanSlate has now introduced a program that will award a $3,000 referral bonus to an employee who refers an NP or PA who qualifies. And for a physician candidate who qualifies, we will pay a $5,000 bonus.

CleanSlate Outpatient Addiction Medicine is proud to be an exhibitor at the Wisconsin Society of Addiction Medicine, an annual conference that is dedicated to improving the lives of individuals in and around the state of Wisconsin. On September 27th - 29th, healthcare and other professionals from across Wisconsin with an interest in the field of addiction will gather to hear experts discuss the most recent developments in addiction medicine. CleanSlate's exhibit will be on display on Thursday, September 27th, at the Lee Lounge on the first/main floor of the Pyle Center.Read More
On International Overdose Awareness Day, CleanSlate centers around the country united as one to commemorate the thousands of lives lost every year to overdose. Every center approached this observation in different ways that were meaningful to their staff and patients.
For example, staff at the Louisville center created a butterfly wall for their patients to represent the struggle to survive and remain hopeful while battling addiction. The patients and employees also dedicated a butterfly to people in their lives who lost their battle.
The Scranton center celebrated life and gratitude as patients and staff painted rocks for their "Gratitude Garden". Light refreshments were served and everyone expressed creativity and enjoyed fellowship. The rocks will be displayed in their landscaping for all visitors of CleanSlate to see.
